Platform
It's 2:23pm. The floor is full.
You see the notification. Reel ready for review, publish scheduled for 7pm.
You open the preview. Read the caption. Check the grid to confirm the feed holds. Approve with a tap. Close your phone and go back to the floor.
Thirty seconds. The Reel goes into queue. At 7pm it's live.
How it usually works
Most agencies run this through Drive folders, WhatsApp threads, and email chains four days long. The Reel arrives as a screenshot. The caption lands as pasted text in a message buried under twenty others. Approval is an "ok" nobody can find later.
The result: content going live with the wrong caption. Reels scheduled to the wrong date. No source of truth on what is published, what is pending, what was rejected.
Running social media at a professional level is a logistics service, not a creative one. The tool an agency uses tells you which one it thinks it is.
The TouchPoint platform
TouchPoint is the operational infrastructure we build for our clients. It is not a third-party tool. It is not shared with other agencies. It is the part of the equation that makes it possible to deliver photographer, strategy, editing, and publishing under one fee.
Without the platform, that chain breaks. With the platform, every step has a status, an owner, and a record.
The dashboard
The Touchpoint home screen shows three things: the Care Score, the week's Pulse, and the editorial calendar.
Care Score
A number from 0 to 100 that measures profile health. Not a vanity score: it is built from six sub-scores with specific weighting.
- - Runway (28%) — how many weeks of approved content are queued
- - Content (20%) — quality and variety of formats in the plan
- - Service (18%) — response speed to direct messages
- - Contact (13%) — completeness and freshness of contact info in the profile
- - Planning (12%) — consistency of publishing cadence over time
- - Growth (9%) — follower and reach trend month over month
Weekly Pulse
Each week a language model analyses the performance of published content and generates a summary: what worked, what did not, comparison with the prior week. Publicly shareable via a link — the client sends it to a business partner without needing to explain anything.
Editorial calendar
Monthly view of everything scheduled. Each piece of content has a status (pending, approved, published, rejected), format, and scheduled time. No surprises.
The approval flow
When content is ready, the venue gets a push notification. From there:
Push notification
The content arrives with a preview directly in the notification. You do not need to open anything to see what it is.
Full preview
You see the Reel or photo as it will appear on Instagram. Caption variants from the team are shown side by side. Pick the one you prefer or leave a comment.
Approve with a tap
The content enters the publish queue at the scheduled time. The team gets confirmation in real time. No email, no follow-up.
Comment and revise
If something needs changing, write the comment directly in the panel. The team makes the change and sends the content back. No WhatsApp thread to dig through.
The rest of the platform
Library
Every photo, Reel and story produced is archived with tags, searchable by date, format or campaign. Downloadable in high resolution. The content is yours: if you stop working with us, you take it all with you.
Grid planner
3x3 Instagram grid preview with scheduled content already in position. Reorder with drag-and-drop before approving. The feed looks consistent by design, not by accident.
Monthly reports
Every month: total reach, engagement, follower growth, profile clicks. Month-over-month comparison. No vanity metrics. If the profile is not growing, the numbers show it before you notice it yourself.
Ideas and Briefs
Send a voice note to the Telegram bot while you're in the stockroom. The bot transcribes it, creates an idea in Touchpoint, the team turns it into a shoot brief. From idea to published post, all in one flow.
The numbers are public
You do not need to take anything on this page at face value. Open a terminal and make this request:
curl https://app.benerdy.it/stats
What you get back is a JSON object with real aggregated data from all active clients: content published, people reached, engagements, followers gained.
{
"clients": 21,
"content_published": 348,
"total_reach": 5053617,
"total_engagement": 20226,
"total_followers_gained": 9870
} An agency publishing its numbers in plain text cannot afford to fabricate them. This endpoint has existed since Touchpoint opened. The numbers above reload at every build.
What 690 EUR/month replaces
Chains have agencies, designers, photographers, ads teams, and dedicated content calendars. A small local venue has an iPhone and zero hours. Touchpoint closes that gap — compressing into one monthly fee what a venue would otherwise assemble from separate vendors:
Touchpoint is the part of the equation that makes delivering that work at 690 EUR possible. Without the platform, photographer, strategy, editing, and publishing cannot live in the same workflow.
The margin is thin. The model works because the platform compresses operational cost — not because we are running a discount.
